LSC-Montgomery Diploma Reprint. No Cover Included. Replacement diplomas requested one year after the posted graduation date will incur a $25 fee. To request a Diploma Reprint complete the form and submit payment. Forms can be obtained following the link listed below: http://www.lonestar.edu/graduation-montgomery.
